Responsibilities
- The post holder is responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of the care of critically ill patients.
- Working to provide an integrated critical care service.
- Competency in Critical Care Band 5 to provide specialist treatments and monitoring unique to critical care., responsible for the assessment of care needsand the development, implementation and evaluation of the careof critically ill patients.
- Working to provide an integrated critical care service.
- Competency in Critical Care Band 5 KSF to provide specialistpatient treatments and monitoring unique to critical care.
- Work with other MDT professionals to meet patient needs e.g Physiotherapy, Pharmacy and Dietetics.
- Maintain registration with the NMC and comply with statutory requirements.
