We’re working with a creative, ideas-led agency looking to bring in a Social Media Manager / Digital Marketing Manager to help shape and deliver smart, commercially-driven social. This isn’t just a posting role — it’s about thinking, creating and owning social strategy, particularly across B2B and LinkedIn-led content.
Responsibilities
- Owning social media activity across a portfolio of clients
- Leading on LinkedIn-first, B2B content and thought leadership
- Developing strong content ideas rooted in business objectives
- Planning and managing content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
- Writing clear, engaging copy for social and short-form content
- Collaborating with designers, videographers and creators
- Analysing performance and feeding insights back into strategy
- Supporting wider digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta and Google
Qualifications
- Experience in a creative / social / marketing agency
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and LinkedIn content
- Someone who can turn briefs into ideas — not just outputs
- Confident writing for different tones (from brand to founder voice)
- Comfortable managing clients and presenting work
- Experience across LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
- A balance of creative thinking and commercial awareness
