ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Gainsborough

Salary: £44 (Apply online only)

Shift: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights) – 6AM to 6PM rotating

An exciting opportunity has opened for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a heavy industrial, high‑volume manufacturing site. This is a fast‑paced, continuous process environment where engineering reliability is critical to maintaining production output. You will be responsible for electrical fault‑finding, breakdown response, and planned maintenance activities across processing and extrusion equipment, supporting continuous improvement and minimising downtime.

Non‑Negotiable Requirements

• Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands on experience with pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast‑paced industrial factory.
• Strong experience working on conveyors.

Requirements

• Strong electrical fault‑finding skills.
• Level 3 Engineering qualification or time‑served apprenticeship (Electrical).
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience working within Food, FMCG, Agricultural or Heavy Industrial environments.
• Physically fit and able (role is demanding).
