Senior Electrical Engineer

• Develop electrical system designs, single-line diagrams, load schedules, and schematics.
• Perform calculations for power distribution, earthing, lighting, and cable sizing.
• Design LV and/or MV systems according to Singapore standards and authority requirements (EMA, SP Group, BCA, SCDF).

Project Management

• Coordinate electrical works with architects, M&E consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Review technical drawings, material submissions, and method statements.
• Monitor project progress, ensure workmanship quality, and conduct site inspections.
• Perform testing and commissioning of electrical systems, switchboards, generators, UPS, and other equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance plans for electrical assets.

Compliance & Regulatory Requirements

• Ensure all designs and installations comply with:
• SS 638 (formerly CP5)
• EMA Licensing and Regulations

Safety & Risk Management

• Conduct risk assessments and apply safety engineering principles.
• Strong understanding of power distribution, electrical protection, load flow, and system reliability.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, ETAP or similar electrical modelling tools.
• Knowledge of local regulatory frameworks and electrical code compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
