Overview

This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects predominantly in heavy engineering within a tight-knit team of senior, skilled engineers. The company has strong growth and a focus on high-quality work, well‑organised projects, and supportive management.

Responsibilities

• Work in pairs to deliver heavy engineering welding
• Perform local patch work
• Change‑overs: one or two stay‑aways per month
• Compensated overtime for all work outside core hours, including travel

Qualifications

• Welding background and some welding qualification
• Valid driving licence
• Located in Radstock, Bath, Bristol or Newport

Benefits

Competitive hourly rate (£20‑22 per hour) with OTE up to £70,000, overtime pay, vehicle and tools provided, and progression opportunities.
