Overview

My client, a busy M&E contractor, is seeking a new Electrical Qualified Supervisor due to new contract wins. This role works for a growing contractor that delivers building services right across the construction and maintenance sectors.

Responsibilities

• Report directly into the MD and Contracts Managers, with a say on projects and offer advice.
• Join hands‑on teams, maintaining your own hands‑on involvement.
• Ensure high‑spec delivery of work.
• Maintain NICEIC registration, uphold safety and technical standards of electrical work.
• Carry out site assessment and certification sign‑offs.
• Supervise labour and mentor apprentices to shape the company’s future.
• Manage a 50/50 split of days in the office and on site.

Qualifications

• JIB Gold, Level 3, 2391 and a full UK driving licence.
• Optional: SSSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, PASMA.
