Monday to Friday – 40 hour or 45 hour week available

Job Description

I am currently partnering with a market-leading materials handling business that is looking to recruit an experienced field service engineer to service and maintain forklift trucks and other material handling equipment. The role involves:

• Performing regular service, maintenance, and repair of forklift trucks and related equipment
• Diagnosing equipment faults and troubleshooting issues on‑site
• Coordinating with internal teams and customers to schedule service visits
• Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations

Requirements

• Prior experience as a field service engineer or similar role in materials handling equipment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to customers’ sites
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service appointments
