£25,000 – £35,000 (£50k+ OTE) + Training + Progression + Overtime + Commission + Vehicle + Tools + Fuel Card

We are seeking an experienced Plant Fitter, Diesel Mechanic or Agri Engineer with a background in mechanical engineering or fitting, who is ready to specialize in hydraulics and join a leading company recognized for over 40 years of industry leadership.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites to repair and/or replace hydraulic hoses.
• Participate in a 24‑hour on‑call rota, providing emergency breakdown support as required.
• Promote company products and services to customers where applicable.
• Complete all service paperwork and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a Plant, Diesel, Agri, Mechanical, or Tyre Fitter and/or Mechanic role, or a related position.
• Background in mechanical engineering or fitting.
• Ability to work autonomously on an on‑call rota in the field.
• Full, valid UK driver’s licence.
