Location: City of Westminster
Job Description:

Bring Passion, Drive and People Skills to a Role with Purpose and Possibility – Consultant Engagement starts Here, As our Consultant Relationship Manager, you’ll lead engagement with GOSH consultants to strengthen long-term relationships, support new starters, and ensure they experience a seamless, high-quality private practice service. You’ll be the key link between consultants, operational teams and the I&PC directorate — resolving issues, driving service improvements, and spotting opportunities for growth.

You will monitor consultant activity and performance, produce insightful reports, and lead initiatives that enhance patient experience and expand referral pipelines. You’ll manage sensitive information professionally, oversee consultant feedback and satisfaction surveys, and spearhead improvement groups and development projects across specialties.

Working closely with marketing colleagues, you’ll help promote GOSH’s expertise, keep consultant information and materials up to date, and support the creation of high-quality content that strengthens our brand and drives business development.

This is a dynamic role requiring exceptional relationship skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to balance consultant, patient and Trust needs — all while shaping the future of private care at GOSH.

Are you a natural connector with the drive to make things happen? This is your chance to join one of the world’s most iconic children’s hospitals and shape the future of private care at GOSH. We’re looking for a standout Consultant Relationship Manager — someone who thrives on building partnerships, solving challenges, and creating an experience that empowers our world-leading consultants to deliver extraordinary care. If you want a role with purpose, influence, and real impact, you’ve just found it.

We are keen to make our workforce as diverse as the communities we serve, and we hope to attract applications from underrepresented groups, including people with Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic heritage, people with a disability, and people from LGBTQ+ communities. By growing an ever more diverse workforce, we’ll have a greater range of perspectives and knowledge, meaning that we can provide the children and young people at our hospital with even better care.

Our hospital is committed to creating an environment that is open and inclusive. Our staff are encouraged to engage with colleagues through the following networks: REACH (Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage) ENABLED (Enhancing Abilities & Leveraging Disabilities Network), PRIDE and Women’s networks; all of which are sponsored by a member of our Executive Management Team.

We want to ensure that all of our people, regardless of their background, are seen and heard. We want to attract applicants that share our commitment to inclusion and that understand diversity is a strength that is embraced and valued.
