Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and confident Productivity (Labour Optimisation) Consultant who will work with Sales, Project Management, and Customer Success teams at every stage of the customer life cycle to provide solution and industry‑based knowledge and expertise.
The role involves site visits to customer locations, requiring flexibility of working hours and the ability to adapt to customer requirements. The consultant will build relationships, act as an ambassador, consult on best practices, and share industry expertise.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collect and collate information and data needed to create demand metrics within the scheduling solutions through site visits, discussion, observation, and analysis.
- Deliver tailored solutions containing scheduling metrics, present findings, articulate opportunities, challenges, potential ROI, and propose a suitable path forward.
- Support qualified sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle to maximise chances of success and deliver optimal deal size.
- Support successful implementation of scheduling solutions through customer engagement, training, and aftercare.
- Maximise user adoption and ROI for customers by expanding use through regular reviews and guidance.
Preferred Experience And/or Qualifications
- Operational experience within the hospitality sector.
- Experience consulting with customers and solving problems through creative technical solutions.
- Balanced and observant with the ability to identify and communicate productivity opportunities.
- Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and design suitable solutions.
- Exceptional presentation, solution demonstration, training, and meeting facilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver within timelines.
- Emotional intelligence and ability to communicate at all levels.
- Meticulous attention to detail and focused execution.
