This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for researchers who want to do meaningful, intellectually demanding work on their own terms. No prior AI industry experience required — your academic depth and research expertise are exactly what we’re looking for.

  • Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to enhance model performance
  • Ensure academic rigor, clarity, and depth across every deliverable you produce
  • Work independently on your own schedule — no meetings, no micromanagement

Who You Are

  • Has a strong track record of research, publications, or complex project work
  • Communicates with exceptional clarity and precision in written English
  • Detail-oriented and rigorous — you hold your work to the standard of peer review
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working asynchronously without hand-holding
