What You’ll Do

- Ensure academic rigor, intellectual clarity, and depth across every deliverable you produce
Who You Are
- Holder of a Master’s or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top‑tier university
- Experienced researcher with a track record of publications, complex project work, or advanced independent research
- A clear, precise communicator — able to articulate complex ideas in writing with accuracy and structure
- Self‑directed and comfortable working autonomously within an asynchronous, remote environment
- Genuinely curious and intellectually engaged — you care about getting things right
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, evaluation systems, or AI model quality assessment
