Location: Pune Office Job Type: Full-time Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can apply) Salary: Rs. 15,000 – 30,000 per month

About Us

Ratibz is a smart mobile application that helps dairy owners, subscription-based businesses, and local suppliers manage orders, deliveries, invoices, and payments – all in one place. We are growing rapidly and looking for energetic inside sales executives to expand our user base.

Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential dairy owners, tiffin suppliers, water suppliers and subscription business owners.
  • Explain Ratibz features, benefits, and pricing clearly over the phone.
  • Follow up with leads generated via campaigns, WhatsApp, and referrals.
  • Maintain call logs, customer database, and sales pipeline in CRM.
  • Schedule product demos and assist prospects in app installation & onboarding.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion rates.
  • Collect feedback from customers to improve sales pitch and product.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
  • Comfortable making 50–80 calls per day.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections.
  • Basic smartphone and internet knowledge.
  • Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / inside sales preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation to meet sales goals.
