What you will do
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting across cold email and calling to generate quality opportunities and identify ideal customer profiles.
- Build and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring meticulous CRM hygiene and implementing AI-driven automation for follow-ups and reporting.
- Develop post-conversion account management workflows to reduce churn, drive repeat usage, and increase lifetime value through systematic renewals and upsells.
The ideal candidate
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and build operational processes from scratch while maintaining a high daily output of sales activities.
- Highly analytical and technical enough to tailor CRMs (like Attio or HubSpot) and use modern LLMs to increase outreach quality and speed.
- Exceptional communication skills with a track record of running structured discovery calls rather than generic “spray and pray” outreach tactics.
