We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated New Home Sales Executive to join our client’s successful development in Hull.
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused sales professional with a passion for property and delivering exceptional customer service.
The Role
As a New Home Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion
- Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage
- Conducting property viewings and presenting show homes to a high standard
- Achieving sales targets and maximising plot sales opportunities
- Maintaining accurate records and CRM updates
- Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal departments to ensure smooth transactions
- Representing the developer professionally and positively at all times
Package & Benefits
Salary
£25,991 basic salary
Commission
£300 per plot sold
- £200 paid on exchange
- £100 paid on completion
Bonus
Up to £5,250 per year Bonus is based on:
- Achieving sales targets for the development
- HBF customer satisfaction scores
About You
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Previous experience in new homes sales or property sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A professional and customer-focused approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work weekends and flexible hours as required
- A full UK driving licence
