Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales with key retail partners and resellers
• Drive sell-through in major retail channels and electrical stores
• Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution
• Plan and execute promotions, product launches, and retail campaigns
• Ensure strong in-store visibility, merchandising, and product displays
• Track sales performance and provide insights on market trends and competitors
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to deliver successful campaigns

Requirements

• Minimum diploma and above educational level
• Strong passion for sales and business development
• Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Experience working with retailers or channel partners
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
• Able to manage multiple retail accounts and priorities
• Minimum one year experience in sales related job (training provided)

Salary varies depending on the working experience.

Experience in consumer electronics, ceiling fan and lighting sales will be advantageous.
