Assistant Facilities Manager (Mobile Coordinator) – North West
Temp to Perm | Full‑Time | 40 Hours | Company Car Included
We are seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to join our Direct Delivery team, supporting 8 sites across the North West. This is a mobile role, ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a solid background in facilities coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct H&S audits across multiple sites
- Log and manage reactive jobs
- Visit sites regularly to ensure they remain happy, compliant, and well‑supported
- Handle on‑site queries and escalated issues where required
- Build strong relationships with site managers and stakeholders
- Provide weekly attendance at the Manchester office
- Travel across the North West using a company vehicle
Requirements
- IOSH qualification – essential
- Background in facilities management or a similar environment
- Strong understanding of compliance, safety, and site standards
- Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills
- Full UK driving licence (company car provided)
- Ability to work independently across multiple locations
