Role
Revenue Operations Analyst — you’ll support and scale Ravio’s revenue engine across sales, marketing, and customer success. You will own core projects and day-to-day responsibilities that advance revenue growth and enablement.
Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth Projects
- Lead high-impact RevOps projects that unlock pipeline, improve conversion, and reduce churn.
- Turn data and signals into practical workflows that help the commercial team move faster.
- Own projects end to end, from scoping and analysis through rollout and adoption.
- Focus project work on the biggest commercial opportunities, not just day-to-day support.
- Core Revenue Operations and Enablement
- Maintain infrastructure including scoring, enrichment, and key commercial workflows.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to support high-priority revenue activities.
- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve day-to-day operations.
- Support the commercial team with onboarding, guidance, documentation, and enablement sessions.
- Tool Stack and Reporting
- Own and optimise the RevOps stack (HubSpot, Clay, Cognism, Claude, Looker).
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that give clear visibility on performance, including pipeline updates, QBR support, and ad-hoc analysis.
Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales/marketing/CS operations within a B2B SaaS environment, or recent transition from a commercial role into operations.
- Strong HubSpot proficiency and hands-on experience with a modern revenue stack (outreach tools, enrichment tools, or similar).
- A genuine appetite for learning and improving ways of working, including through AI.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities and shifting between strategic and operational work.
- Experience building dashboards and reports, with the ability to translate data into clear visuals.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: £45,000–£55,000 (P2)
