Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Property Relationship Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Salford, Manchester.

Let’s talk about the role, it involves

• Making regular ‘check in’ calls with landlords.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords.
• Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements.
• Completing inspections, inventories & check outs of our customers.
• Organising & recommending maintenance works

We’re looking for individuals who qualities such as:

• Previous experience as a Property Manager is essential for this role
• Resilience when working in a fast paced & demanding environment.
• Ability to priorities tasks & responsibilities.
