Delivery Consultant

The Role

• Work closely with senior consultants and account managers to deliver on live roles
• Source, qualify, and manage candidates across a range of tech positions
• Build strong candidate pipelines within specialist markets
• Manage the full candidate journey from initial contact through to placement
• Provide market insight and guidance to candidates
• Maintain high levels of candidate engagement and quality
• Support with interview coordination, feedback, and offer management

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in recruitment (any sector)
• Strong candidate management and relationship-building skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles at once
• Confident communicator with a professional approach
• Driven by success and motivated by commission
• Looking to focus on delivery rather than new business
