Key Responsibilities
- Running the night audit process
- Managing and supporting a small night team
- Checking guests in and out
- Carrying out fire safety and security walks
- Responding to guest queries and overnight calls
- Ensuring excellent guest service throughout the night shift
What we’re looking for
- Previous Night Manager or Night Supervisor experience
- Experience running Night Audit procedures
- Knowledge of Guestline or similar hotel systems such as Opera
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A professional and reliable approach to overnight hospitality operations
