Job Description:

The EMEA & India Distributor & UK Off-Price Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales, profit, and brand visibility across Perricone MD’s distributor markets in Europe, the Middle East, and India, while supporting the execution of the brand’s global strategic plan.

Responsibilities

  • Own sales, gross margin delivery, and performance management across EMEA & India distributor markets.
  • Lead annual planning, forecasting, and commercial performance tracking across assigned regions.
  • Manage distributor relationships with clear KPIs, growth targets, and accountability on sell-in/sell-through.
  • Ensure strong execution of global brand strategy, including launches, assets, merchandising, and education.
  • Monitor market trends, risks, competitive activity, and partner feedback to inform commercial actions.
  • Partner cross-functionally (Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Demand Planning) to optimise inventory flow and market health.
  • Manage the controlled exit of UK retail accounts with strong cross-functional communication and planning.
  • Develop and own off price channel strategy, including assortment, pricing, and guardrails to protect brand equity.
  • Drive aged stock productivity through disciplined off price management and tight alignment with Supply Chain and Finance.
  • Ensure all market and channel activity aligns to global strategic priorities, supported by accurate forecasting and commercial insights.
