If so, we have an opportunity for a Product Developer to join our Regatta team.

Impact

As a Product Developer, you will play a key role in bringing product concepts to life, working collaboratively with Product Development teams in both the UK and Asia. You will be responsible for driving Regatta Great Outdoors ranges through the full development lifecycle, including development, sampling, and the salesmen’s sample programme.

With a strong focus on quality and fit, you will ensure all development and sales samples are produced to a high standard and delivered in line with the corporate calendar. This role suits a passionate, detail-driven individual who thrives in a creative, fast‑paced environment and enjoys working cross‑functionally to support the growth of an established brand.

Top Requirements for the Role

  • A couple of years’ experience within a lifestyle or fashion brand, with hands‑on product development experience.
  • Strong garment technical knowledge, including fit, grading, construction, and bulk production processes.
  • Good understanding and experience using PLM systems to manage fittings, feedback, and development progression.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, including fittings, cross‑functional collaboration, and international communication.
  • Confident communicating detailed fit and construction feedback to overseas teams where English may not be the first language.
  • Experience analysing consumer and wearer feedback to inform fit and quality improvements.
  • Strong understanding of bulk production processes and garment construction.
  • Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback across varied seniority levels, including international teams.
  • Awareness of current and emerging product compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • This role does not include people management responsibility.
