Retail Customer Advisor (Truro) – 30 hours

Location: Truro

Working Hours: 30 hours across 5 days per week, including weekends on a rotation basis.

Salary: £13.72 per hour + an on-target bonus of 15%, paid monthly.

This role supports the customer experience in a Three UK retail store. Responsibilities include engaging customers, delivering service excellence and meeting sales and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement – enhance the customer journey with meaningful interactions.
  • Service Excellence – create exceptional experiences by tailoring and promoting innovative products and services.
  • Performance Enhancement – achieve personal and store KPIs by driving sales and meeting performance goals.
  • Solution Efficiency – provide personalised solutions for customers with mobile or network‑related enquiries.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and understanding customer needs.
  • Ability to work well within a team, contributing to a positive and high‑performing environment.
  • Problem‑solving skills – resourceful and proactive in resolving customer enquiries and challenges.
  • No prior product knowledge required – ambition and a drive to learn are essential.
