How you will make an impact
- Lead forecasting and supply planning across a global customer network.
- Manage inventory to ensure availability while reducing excess and obsolescence.
- Oversee CMO and supplier performance to support quality, compliance, and on‑time delivery.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to align supply plans with business needs.
- Drive process improvements through KPI tracking, reporting, and continuous optimization.
What we’re looking for
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of supply chain planning experience in pharma or healthcare.
- Experience managing CMOs, global supply chains, and inventory planning.
- Strong SAP/ERP and Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Collaborative, proactive, and focused on results, compliance, and continuous improvement.
