Cover Manager

You will be responsible for the efficient management of staff cover, ensuring that every lesson is covered to a high standard and that student learning is not disrupted. You will work closely with internal staff, external agencies, and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure our pupils receive the best possible education every day.

• Can work effectively under pressure and prioritise competing demands
• Has excellent organisational and communication skills
• Is confident liaising with external providers and agencies
