The successful candidate will lead compliance, design coordination, construction safety documentation, and project consultancy activities for projects across London and the UK, with a strong focus on CDM 2015 compliance and construction governance.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced construction professional capable of acting as a consultant and compliance lead for multiple projects. The role involves coordinating with clients, designers, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure projects are executed in accordance with UK regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
The candidate should have strong knowledge of:
- CDM 2015 Regulations
- Construction safety documentation
- Site compliance and audits
- Construction planning and stakeholder coordination
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage CDM 2015 compliance across multiple projects
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and subcontractors
- Prepare and review:
- Pre‑Construction Information (PCI)
- RAMS
- Health & Safety Files
- Support Principal Designer and Principal Contractor duties
- Conduct compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments
- Monitor construction documentation and regulatory obligations
- Advise project teams on design risk mitigation and safe construction practices
- Ensure all project stakeholders meet statutory obligations
- Attend project meetings and provide technical consultancy support
- Maintain project documentation and compliance records
- Support business development and client relationship management where required
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or professional qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Health & Safety, Project Management or related field
- Strong working knowledge of UK construction regulations
- Experience with CDM 2015 compliance
- Experience working on commercial, residential, infrastructure, or fit‑out projects in the UK
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Certifications
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate
- APS Membership
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- Any UK construction compliance or HSE certifications
