Join LightWork AI as our first senior commercial hire to scale Felicity, an autonomous AI agent revolutionizing property management. You will own the entire enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to closing six‑figure deals with the UK’s largest operators. This is a high‑impact role building a commercial engine from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and personally close £100k+ ACV enterprise deals with large estate agencies and BTR operators
  • Build the outbound sales motion from zero, including target lists, messaging sequences, and discovery frameworks
  • Hire and lead a small sales team as the pipeline grows while continuing to carry an individual quota

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven track record of personally closing £100k+ ACV B2B enterprise deals in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
  • Experience as an early commercial hire (Series A/B) who has built sales playbooks rather than inheriting them
  • Strong outbound DNA with the ability to generate high‑value pipeline in traditionally offline, operationally complex industries
