Warehouse Team Leader (3 Shifts)

The Company

Our client is a market leading manufacturing company. Due to growth, they are now looking to recruit a Warehouse Team Leader.

The Role

• Will be working 3 shifts; the salary advertised is for this rotation over time is additional.
• You will lead the warehouse team to deliver an efficient warehouse operation in line with company policy.
• The role requires both strong leadership and a hands‑on approach; in addition to supervising the team, you will also work alongside them in day‑to‑day warehouse operations to ensure performance, productivity and standards are consistently achieved.
• Manage the warehouse space to receive, replenish, pick, and dispatch products in line with the agreed timeframe.
• Manage team of Warehouse Operatives.

The Person

• Must have previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader.
• FLT licence (counterbalance).
• Understanding of warehouse operations including goods in, storage, stock control, picking and dispatch.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Good communication skill.
• Have good interpersonal skills.
