Project Quantity Surveyor – Diverse SE Projects

Overview

A growing, people-focused construction consultancy based in Tunbridge Wells is seeking an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a broad range of residential, commercial, education, and healthcare projects throughout the South East.

Responsibilities

The Project Quantity Surveyor will oversee cost management across multiple live projects, supporting delivery from feasibility through to completion. The role includes:

• Managing procurement activities, including preparing tender documents and reviewing submissions
• Assisting with contractor appointments
• Working directly with clients, contractors and consultants to drive projects commercially and operationally
• Administering contracts, primarily under JCT forms, and managing valuations, variations and final accounts

Ideal Candidate

• 3-5 years UK experience within a consultancy or contractor environment
• Experience across pre‑ and post‑contract duties and confidence communicating with project stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts; a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline preferred
• MRICS or APC progression viewed positively
• Organised, commercially aware and eager to take ownership of projects

What We Offer

• £45,000 – £55,000 salary (depending on experience)
