Job Overview

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading and prestigious manufacturer of refurbished and remanufactured laptops, printers and ink products based in Boston, Lincs. Due to their continued growth and development, they are seeking to employ an Internal Business Development Executive on a permanent basis.

Hours will be either 8am – 4:30pm or 8:30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, for a total of 42.5 hours a week which includes a half‑hour paid break.

Competitive salary offered dependent on experience. This is a full‑time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and initiatives.
  • Research target markets and identify potential customers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or telesales is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
  • Experience using CRM systems is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
