Customer Experience Advisor – Chesterfield – Part Time 16 hours per week
Location: Chesterfield – Derbyshire
Part Time – 16 hours per week, Mondays & Tuesdays with flexible hours between 8am & 6pm; includes 1 Saturday in 3 starting 9am-1pm.

Based at our dynamic Customer Service Centre in Chesterfield, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their enquiries and turning conversations into bookings and aftersales opportunities.

Your Day‑to‑day
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers via telephone providing friendly professional assistance.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience by understanding individual needs and identifying appropriate products and services.
- Making and converting bookings, promoting aftersales products, and highlighting the importance of keeping vehicles maintained in line with manufacturer guidelines.
- Providing accurate information and advice in line with duty of care and compliance standards.
- Updating and maintaining customer records, ensuring all data is accurate and GDPR compliant.
