About the Role

As part of the UK Business Administration team, you will provide professional and effective administrative and business support services. The role requires full‑time office presence.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an administrator and problem solver.
  • Provide professional and effective administrative and business support service.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams across the business to support a range of requests.
  • Engage colleagues to fulfill support requests and meet service level agreements.
  • Prepare presentations, documents, reports, and work‑winning material to high standard in line with brand guidelines.
  • Handle system support and make purchases.
  • Manage HR tasks such as onboarding and inductions.
  • Coordinate events, meetings, socials, travel bookings and logistics.
  • Support project tasks and requests.
  • Cover for the Concierge team when required, answering calls and welcoming visitors.
  • Provide high standard of client and employee care by dealing with queries timely and professionally.
  • Serve as first point of contact for queries and support in relation to current systems, policies, procedures, and business continuity.
  • Perform administration tasks including large printing, binding, photocopying, and raising support tickets.

Qualifications

  • Eye for detail, effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and other Adobe Creative Apps is desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A minimum of 10 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English (desirable).
