Service Advisor

A busy dealership in Salisbury is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join its Aftersales team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer journey from vehicle check‑in through to handover, ensuring excellent service throughout.
• Liaise closely with workshop and parts departments.
• Keep customers updated on vehicle progress.
• Manage additional work approvals and invoicing.

Requirements

• Previous Service Advisor or Automotive Aftersales experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong administration and organisational ability.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced dealership environment.
• Proactive and professional approach.
• Full UK driving licence.
