A Block Property Manager is required for a well-established property management firm operating across the UK. Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive individual to manage a portfolio of residential blocks based in Borehamwood.

What does a Block Property Manager role entail?

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties/blocks
• Acting as the main point of contact for leaseholders, tenants, and contractors
• Overseeing maintenance and repair works
• Conducting site inspections and ensuring properties are well maintained
• Managing service charges and budgets
• Liaising with contractors and ensuring works are completed to a high standard
• Ensuring compliance with relevant property legislation and regulations

Requirements for the Block Property Manager role

• Previous experience in block or property management
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
• Knowledge of service charges and property legislation
• Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
