Senior Global Brand & Innovation Manager – £80K + Great Benefits – Hybrid (London) – Consumer Goods
The role is for a global brand shaping the healthcare products market. The successful candidate will bring ideas to the table, influence the brand strategy and take full ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the innovation pipeline for the brand.
- Expand the global marketing toolkit, including selling decks, NPD proposals and marketing toolkits.
- Work with the broader brand team to develop strategy.
- Create compelling, crisp, digital‑first global brand communications.
- Collaborate with local marketing teams to evaluate brand performance.
- Take ownership of the global A&P budget, ensuring maximisation and strong ROI.
Skills & Experience Needed
- Strong blend of brand and innovation experience (concept to execution).
- Consumer‑facing wellness brand experience.
- Experience at a global scale – local experience is advantageous.
- Background in consumer goods (e.g., retail, healthcare).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A strong personal passion for healthcare.
