The Role

As a Telesales Representative, you’ll be at the front line of new business generation, driving outbound activity and helping to build a strong sales pipeline for the wider team.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • High-volume outbound calling to prospective business customers
  • Following up on incoming leads and identifying quality opportunities
  • Recording all activity and pipeline updates accurately on CRM systems
  • Booking qualified meetings for senior sales consultants
  • Working towards daily and weekly performance targets and KPIs
  • Building rapport and maintaining strong relationships with B2B contacts

About You

This role is open to motivated individuals who are keen to get into sales – experience is useful but not essential.

You may come from retail, hospitality, customer service, or a graduate background, or already have some exposure to KPI-driven environments.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
  • A resilient, competitive, and target-driven mindset
  • The ability to engage decision-makers professionally
  • Motivation to build a long-term career in sales
  • Previous experience working to targets or KPIs (desirable, not essential)

Full training will be provided, so attitude and energy are key.
