As our next Customer Service Coordinator, you will manage day-to-day customer service administrative tasks, including customer orders, deliveries and providing support to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a vital link between our customers and our internal teams
  • Expedite orders through internal and external liaison.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including sales, purchasing and production to ensure smooth delivery
  • Report and record customer complaints, delivery failures, and returned loads.
  • Perform other general administrative duties as required, keeping on top of multiple tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Key Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience of working with an MRP system.
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office packages, particularly Excel.
  • Administrative experience
  • Understanding of financial decision-making.
  • Proficient computer knowledge and skills with experience of ERP systems including forecasting, invoicing, and MS Office.
