Chef de Partie – Salt Yard (Venue name) are on the search for an experienced, creative CDP with a great passion for the role to join their thriving, food led business and family in ( Venue location). The Salt Yard family was born out of founders Sanja Moll and Simon Mullins’ experiences and love of eating and drinking throughout Spain and Italy. A bar stool in Seville for a glass of cold sherry and a plate of glisteningly fresh squid; a trattoria in Bologna for a shared dish of oozing pumpkin tortellini with sage butter; a board of cheeses with honey and a large glass of Barolo in Milan; a long trawl around the windy streets of San Sebastian for saut ed wild mushrooms at one place and crispy morcilla croquetas at another, with a Txakol or two along the way. Their aim was to transfer all these experiences to the streets of London whilst adding in a generous splash of warm hospitality. We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie that is ready for a new challenge and wants the opportunity to learn, develop new skills and progress within the business.
