As Regional Sales Manager for the East region (E, IG, SE, BR, RM, D, ME, CT, SS, CM, CO, IP, NR), you’ll have the chance to take ownership of your territory, develop strong customer relationships, and make a real impact on business growth.

You’ll work closely with electrical wholesalers and customer accounts, helping to grow sales, support promotional activity, and identify new business opportunities.

What we’re looking for

We’re more interested in attitude, behaviours, and potential than extensive industry experience.

You may be a graduate or someone with up to 2 years’ experience in internal sales, external sales, retail, customer service, or account management.

What you’ll be doing

  • Building strong relationships with electrical wholesale distributors and customer accounts
  • Supporting and growing existing business while identifying new opportunities
  • Visiting customers face-to-face and becoming a trusted point of contact
  • Promoting products and supporting sales initiatives across your territory
  • Learning how to present product benefits confidently and clearly
  • Working closely with internal teams to share customer feedback and market insights
  • Attending exhibitions, customer meetings, and industry events
  • Managing your territory effectively and keeping customer information up to date
