About the Job

Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Supervisor, the Purchase Ledger will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties

Key responsibilities

  • Code, process and file high volume of purchase invoices
  • Check and reconcile supplier statements
  • Liaising with heads of departments and external suppliers
  • Reconcile company bank accounts daily
  • General administrative duties
  • Preparing ad hoc reports
  • Building relationships with supply chain

Previous experience

  • Will have previous knowledge of the above and be able to process high volumes, whilst maintaining accuracy
  • Be proficient in excel
  • Good attention to detail is essential with excellent organisational skills
