Job requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in high-volume hospitality, street food, or event catering
- Proven experience leading teams in busy environments
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
- Organised, hands-on, and proactive approach
- Food Hygiene Level 2/3 (or willingness to obtain)

- Managing queues and maintaining smooth service flow
