With the support of our team and industry leading training, you can feel fully equipped to deliver the high-quality care Home Instead has become known for.Here’s what it would involve:Minimum 1-hour visitsIntroductions to all new clientsVisiting the same Clients for continuity of care and to allow you to build up a meaningful relationshipsCompanionship – ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visitHelp with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light houseworkAccompanying to appointments or shoppingPersonal Care – Supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent.QualificationsYou do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Professional as full training is given. However xit would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service.
