Our Waterlooville based customer is seeking a dedicated and skilled PSV Mechanic to join their growing team.This role is essential in ensuring their vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, keeping their operations running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, experience with PSV vehicles, and a proactive approach to maintenance and repairs.Requirements: IRTEC Licence or IRTEC Technician AccreditationProven experience as a mechanic within the automotive or machinery sectorStrong knowledge of mechanical systems, diagnostic equipment, and repair toolsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and schematicsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and teamwork skillsFull UK driving licence preferred Key Responsibilities: Carry out thorough inspections of PSV vehicles and machineryPerform routine servicing and maintenance, including oil changes, brake adjustments, and tyre rotationsDiagnose faults using diagnostic equipment and manual inspection techniquesRepair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and specialist equipmentMaintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work completedEnsure all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulationsWork collaboratively with the wider team to improve service delivery and workshop efficiencyKeep up to date with industry developments and advancements in mechanical technology Benefits: Company pensionFree on-site parkingFull-time permanent roleCompetitive salary package If this sounds like the thing for you, then apply now or feel free to give us a call on , or email ….
