A genuinely manageable GP workload. A highly regarded GP Training Practice in the Helston area is seeking a Salaried GP for 4–6 sessions. This is a rare opportunity to join a well-structured, supportive practice offering low patient numbers, protected CPD time and one of the smallest list sizes you’re likely to find for a full-time GP.

Workload & Structure

• 4–6 sessions available with flexibility on days
• Just 12 patients per session with extensive admin time
• Flexible start and finish times
• One triage session per week overseeing an ANP-led triage team
• One light ‘Duty’ session per week focused on queries, second opinions and occasional overflow
• Minimal home visits with the vast majority completed by the Paramedic team
• Coffee break every morning
