Responsibilities
Day-to-day, you will:
- Manage a complex diary across time zones, ensuring meetings are well planned and priorities stay on track.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and expenses so everything is organised and ready when needed.
- Act as a key point of contact, managing emails and requests and helping people connect with the right information.
- Support leadership meetings and projects with clear agendas, follow‑ups, and action tracking.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a software or technology business.
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A proactive, problem‑solving approach with the ability to adapt when priorities change.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, discreet way of working in a remote or hybrid environment.
