Job Description:

WeDoData are working with one of London’s highest-performing schools, recognised for its academic excellence. With approximately 1,400 pupils, the school is seeking an experienced leader to have strategic oversight of Management Information Systems and wider information services function.

The successful candidate will lead and manage the school’s information services teams, with direct line management responsibility for MIS, IT, Registry, and Exams functions. You will also lead on information services projects, working with 3rd parties, ensuring successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Leading the development and management of the school’s MIS and data systems
  • Ensuring data accuracy, reporting, compliance, and GDPR adherence
  • Managing academic reporting cycles, census returns, timetabling, and assessment data
  • Overseeing IT infrastructure, digital platforms, cybersecurity, and systems integration
  • Leading and developing teams across MIS, IT, Registry, and Exams
  • Supporting senior leaders with data analysis, reporting, and strategic insights
  • Driving process improvement and operational efficiency across information services
