Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Development Finance and Analysis to join our team in Manchester.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance responsibility for major new investment opportunities, including organic development, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, major regeneration scheme tenders and other growth routes.
- Provide end-to-end transaction support, focusing on the Central, North and South West regions.
- Support the Development Finance Director with high-level advice and strategic guidance to Group and subsidiary Boards and the Investment Committee on all matters of development finance and investment.
- Deputise for the Development Finance Director as required.
- Liaise with external advisors and colleagues in Development, Treasury, Tax, Company Secretariat, Legal and Finance to ensure major projects are appropriately structured and the impact on the Group’s financial position is fully understood.
Qualifications
- CCAB or equivalent qualified accountant.
- Proven experience in property‑based investment finance.
- Thorough understanding of the market and housing sector.
- Demonstrated experience in financial modelling of complex multi‑tenure schemes.
- Ability to add immediate value to the Group’s portfolio.
Location & Hours
This is a hybrid role with a base location at the Manchester office. Candidates are expected to work from the office at least 3 days per week and will be required to travel to London as necessary.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: £91,695 – £108,889 plus £5,000 Car Allowance per annum, pro rata.
