The Opportunity
You will work closely with senior leadership to help drive the growth of the Financial Services Corporate Finance offering, whilst leading the execution of complex and strategically important transactions.
The role combines high‑quality advisory exposure with meaningful client ownership and business development responsibility, making it ideally suited to an individual looking to broaden their impact beyond pure execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading mid‑market M&A and Corporate Finance transactions across the Financial Services sector
- Acting as a trusted adviser to management teams, founders, shareholders and investors
- Building and deepening relationships across the Financial Services market
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities within the sector
- Working closely with Partners on strategic growth initiatives and market expansion
- Leading, mentoring and developing junior members of the team
- Delivering technically strong, commercially focused advice across complex transactions
Candidate Profile:
- Strong Corporate Finance / Lead Advisory experience within the Financial Services sector
- Proven track record executing mid‑market transactions from origination through to completion
- Sector experience across banking, insurance, wealth & asset management, fintech, specialist lending or broader FS markets preferred
- Commercially minded with strong relationship management and business development capability
- Confident operating with senior stakeholders in a client‑facing environment
