Commercial Counsel – Hybrid In-House, Growth-Focused

Yolk Recruitment is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide commercially focused legal advice within a growing international business. The role is primarily UK-focused with potential exposure to international legal matters.

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales, ideally with 2-4 years’ PQE, strong background in commercial law, and excellent drafting skills. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders, advising on commercial agreements, company governance, and more.
